ESCO® Realty is a real estate franchisor with a mission to provide a marketing identity
and operations model for an international real estate network through the application of

The ESCO® Realty concept is built on our core value which states that the very people who

The ESCO® Realty franchise model will enable our franchisees to recruit and retain sales agents and brokers

The ESCO® Realty service offerings have been designed to be delivered with minimal
equipment and staffing and to be fully scalable. All systems are being set up with a vision
of supporting a 2,000 office/50,000 Sales Agent organization.
On-going education and training of Realtors® will be our central focus. To that end, the
ESCO® Training Institute (ESCO TI) was established with a mandate to provide systematic
on-going basic and continuing education as well as high level Realtor® training modules
through its in-house trainers and recruiters who will be based at regional levels. They
will assist region owners and franchisees and will provide comprehensive introductory
training courses for people wishing to embark on a real estate sales career.
John Alexander, LL.B.
Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer
John Alexander is our Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. A former trial
lawyer, John was a top-producing realtor with Re/Max from 1990 – 1996 and from 1997 – 2000
owned a real estate office. John led the ground-up development of the ESCO® Realty
franchise system, and is responsible for the securities and business
development activities of the Corporation.
Arne Tjerno
President – International Development
Arne Tjerno is our President of International Development. His career in real estate
franchising spans more than 30 years. He is recognized as a leading authority in the
development and implementation of franchise operations in North America and Europe.
From 1973 to 1982, Arne was broker/owner of a real estate office in Halifax, Nova Scotia,
and from 1982 to 1994, he served in various capacities within the Re/Max organization:
Franchise Director for Re/Max Ontario/Atlantic Canada, Regional Director for Re/Max North
Central Region (Minnesota & Wisconsin), Vice President of Franchise Development for
Re/Max of New York. Arne won the
Re/Max Distinguished Service Award – the highest award
designated by the corporation for contributions to the growth of the company, the
Re/Max
Achievement Award, and the Re/Max International Franchise Director of the Year.
Arne also launched Re/Max operations in Norway.
From 1994 to 1996, Arne served as Regional Director in charge of franchise licensing for
Realty World Corp. throughout the eastern United States; and in 1996 Arne became Vice
President of National Development for EXIT Realty Corp., formatting the marketing strategy
that led to its successful launch in Canada and the U.S.
In 2005 he launched Re/Max operations in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
Arne is responsible for the sale of ESCO Realty regional marketing rights and organization of our regional sales training and development programs.
Brent Boyd
Senior Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer
Brent Boyd is our Senior Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer. He brings
twenty-five years experience in the communications industry to the Company.
Prior to joining us Brent was self-employed as a marketing consultant.
Brent is responsible for the development of our organizational structure and
technology offerings.
