ESCO Global Realty Corp. is incorporated in Colorado and operates under ESCO® Global Realty. ESCO® - an acronym for Equity, Security, Community, Ownership.

ESCO® holds trademark protection relating to the company name, logo and positioning statement. Our positioning statement, Own your future®, is an invitation to investors, as well as our challenge to ESCO® Regional Owners, Franchisees, and Sales Agents, and to buyers and sellers of real estate, to build Equity, Security, Community and Ownership.

The Mission

ESCO® Global Realty is a real estate franchisor with a mission to provide a marketing identity and operations model for an international real estate network through the application of the Own Your Future® plan.

The ESCO® concept is built on our core value which states that the very people who contribute to the growth of the company must share in the ownership of the company, and ultimately in its success. The model will enable our Franchisees to recruit and retain sales agents and brokers in a manner that traditional real estate companies cannot match.

ESCO® Training Institute

On-going education and training of Realtors® will be our central focus. To that end, the ESCO® Training Institute (ESCO TI) was established with a mandate to provide systematic on-going basic and continuing education as well as high level Realtor® training modules through its in-house trainers and recruiters who will be based at regional levels. They will assist region owners and franchisees and will provide comprehensive introductory training courses for people wishing to embark on a real estate sales career.

ESCO® Leadership

John Alexander, LL.B., Founder & Consultant. Mr. Alexander is a former trial lawyer and served as ESCO® Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since ESCO®’s inception. He had also been a top producing Realtor® from 1990-1996 and from 1997-2000 owned a real estate office. Combining his knowledge of the real estate industry and law, in 2002 Mr. Alexander embarked on development of the ESCO® Global Realty franchise system. In his role as Founder and Consultant, Mr. Alexander will assist ESCO®’s Board of Directors and our Chief Executive Officer to implement the securities and business development activities of the Corporation.

David Alexander, President, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board. An honors graduate of prestigious Brentwood College, and subsequently an honors graduate of University of Alberta, David Alexander is fluently bilingual in English and French and understands Russian. A gifted public speaker, David brings significant personnel management and administrative experience to ESCO®. David has a ‘can do’ attitude and a commitment to realize ESCO®’s vision of an ethical, community-minded real estate organization that meets the needs of the public that it serves as well as the needs of its Regional Owners, Franchisee-Brokers, Realtors® and Support Staff through equity ownership in ESCO Global Realty Corp.

Brent Boyd, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Director. Mr. Boyd is our Senior Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer and member of our Board of Directors. He brings over thirty years experience in the communications industry to the Company. Mr. Boyd has worked closely with John Alexander in the development of the ESCO® Global Realty franchise system and is responsible for ESCO®’s organizational structure and technology offerings.

Gaius Carmichael, Vice President – Atlantic Canada. Gaius is Regional Director and co-owner of the ESCO® Atlantic Canada region (Nova Scotia, PEI, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador), and co-owner of ESCO® North and South Carolina region. He is also owner of Solid Gold Construction, a Halifax-based construction company that has built and sold over 200 high end homes in Atlantic Canada since 2001. Prior to becoming a home builder Gaius owned a successful landscaping business that earned him the Nova Scotia Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Ron Schwartz, Vice-President – Regional Development. Ron is co-owner of the ESCO® Canada Prairies region (Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba) and also Co-owner of the ESCO® Canada North region (Yukon, NWT, Nunavut). A top real estate trainer, Ron began his real estate career over twenty-five years ago. While experienced as a sales agent and owner-broker of a Century 21 franchise, Ron’s gift is his ability to recruit, train and build organizations. For the past 10 years, Ron has been recruiting & training sales agents for established real estate offices in Western Canada. Working with the ESCO® Training Institute, Ron will develop curriculum and present courses to pass on his skills in recruiting & building real estate organizations.

Lyle Spearing, Vice President – Western Canada. Lyle Spearing is the Regional Director and co-owner of ESCO® Canadian Prairies region (Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba) and co-owner of ESCO® Canada North region (Yukon, NWT, Nunavut). Lyle owned and operated a third generation family farm in Saskatchewan which he sold before moving to Calgary to become a Realtor®. He volunteers with the Civil Air Search and Rescue Association, flying out of Calgary as a spotter in search of downed aircraft.
